 Emphasis I took the time to place the subject of the photo in a position where it would be the most focused on. The background usually helped to bring them out. For the last tree photo, I would of shorted my depth of field to put more focus, but I didn't this time. Unity I emphasized unity through these photos by photographing singular objects in which they would stand out. They tended to look flat, however gave focus to the objects within them. In my opinion, the second photo really stands out, looking symmetrical too.

 This photo represents happiness to me because it reminds me of what I can come back home to. I took this as I left my house, and it gets me through the day that my cheerful and playful cat will be there in the night when I come back.

My edit of this photo I like  

  I mostly used photos contrasting the sun and summer colors. The blue sky helps the colors to stand out, especially the 4th photo, where I really wanted to get the details of the leaves. The artificial orange seems like an eyesore, but shows pride in representing what the old gym stands for. The photo of the decal uses the purple reflection to bring out the white laptop shell.

Lines A point towards a space. Color The way light reflects off an object, consisting of hue, saturation, and value. Value The composition of light and dark colors in a photograph. Shape An area defined by an outline, usually geometric. Form Like a shape, but defined volume and three-dimensional. Texture How something is implied to feel like, emphasizing human touch. Shape The arrangement of two-dimensional shapes, often to mimic three-dimensional form.

         A selfie is a representation of what the selfie taker is experiencing in the moment, usually emotion, but also events and moments to be captured.
